COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hanna Instruments HI-943500A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heindenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Helland-Research product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heindenhain such as the 31276702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPME2 manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 570V by Manufacturer Helland-Research as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hiwin Brand LAN12120024G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hevi-rail such as HVB054 equipment made by Hevi-rail have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hevi-rail products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hevi-rail" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HGH30CA made by Hiwin as well as the popular H400 original spares produced by Herma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 680260 by Herma and HVB054 spares by Hevi-rail are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11BRW300M108 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harowe-Servo-Controls-Inc.. |
